This offer of “Free Trial”, which is made to you by ISEMS entitles you access to the Service for the mentioned period from the moment that you received the notification of account set up has been completed. By submitting your endorsed copy of trial agreement/ quotation with our Sales Terms & Conditions, (ii) acknowledge and agree to ISEMS Service Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and these Free Trial Terms and Conditions.

You agreed that upon the end of the trial period, you will be converted as a subscribed user of the service and be invoiced duly for the services as stated in the trial agreement/ quotation. If you decide that you do not want to become a paying user of the Service, you are required to write in officially to admin@isems.com.sg, expressing clearing the intention to terminate usage, no less than 15 working days before the lapse of the Free Trial Period. Do note that a 1-time-set-up fee is chargeable and will be invoiced at the end of the trial duration, regardless of your decision to continue or terminate the subscription, unless otherwise mentioned.

ISEMS reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to withdraw or to modify this Free Trial Offer and/or the Free Trial Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice and with no liability.

If you decided to cease usage of the service upon the lapse of Free Trial period, you have to terminate your Service with official notification to ISEMS (admin@isems.com.sg), at least 15 working days of intended termination date. You will be subjected to the termination clause as listed in ISEMS Sales Terms & Conditions.
